Complaint Investigations

The OSH Agency Investigates workplace complaints reported to the Agency and provides feedback to the complainant, where possible. The source of the complaint; that is the name of the complainant is not divulged during the course of the investigation.

The purpose of the complaint investigation is to determine the validity of the complaint and to determine whether enforcement action is required.

OSH related complaints can be made via our hotline number 623-OSHA or 299-0300 ext.2163, in writing to the Chief Inspector, via email oshainspectorate@osha.gov.tt or walk in to any of our three (3) satellite offices.

A complaint can be made by an occupier, employer, employee, owner or any other third party
